Grupo NOV Engenharia e Construção in the reconversion of the Multipurpose Pavilion in Almeirim | NOV Group

The reconversion of the building of the former IVV – Institute of Vine and Wine to the Multipurpose Pavillion in Almeirim was adjudicated to Lena Engenharia e Construções last February. This reconversion will provide the property with new features, allowing a greater dynamism and promotion of the municipality of Almeirim.

The building of the former IVV, which is currently vacant, is an iconic building in the center of Almeirim, with more than 5,600 m2 of gross construction area. The buildings rehabilitation contract will take place for 24 months. As soon as it starts, it will involve the demolition of spaces at risk of ruin and the old reinforced concrete deposits above the ground, in order to create free space available for new use. It is foreseen that there will be large spaces constructed, where different types of events can be held, such as gastronomy events, exhibitions, concerts or even other types of shows and public meetings.
