BioSmart approves Biociclo® Beja and Biociclo® Sicó | NOV Group

Within the past month of August Biosmart got the registration number 436/2020 of non-harmonised fertilized matter granted by DGAE (in the decree-law number 103/2015).

Produced on the RNP landfill of Beja, this compound has the commercial name of Biociclo® Beja, class I, which results from aerobic composting in coated and longitudinal batteries in a covered tunnel.

On the past 5th of August, this company also obtained the registration number 437/2020 of non-fertilized matter granted by DGAE for the compound produced in the Center for Residue Valorization of Ansião. This compound’s name is Biociclo® Sicó, Class II, and its production process is a result of the aerobic composting in static batteries with forced aeration in a covered tunnel.

The registration is valid for five years and could be renewed while the classification of the type of name of the fertilizer material is still unchanged, through a renewal request to the DGAE.
