Lenobetão contributes to a sustainable residential project in Alta de Lisboa

The JARDINS ALTEAR development is the most recent residential project in Alta de Lisboa, one of the most sought-after areas of the Portuguese capital. It was designed and developed to contribute to a more sustainable world and to provide quality of life for its residents.
Lenobetão, a company of the Grupo NOV Indústria, was responsible for supplying ready-to-use concrete for the contract, totaling 15,000 m3 of concrete and an approximate value of 1.5 million euros. Supplies began last August and will last for one year, until August 2023.
The construction of the Jardins Altear development emphasizes the focus on efficiency and has an anti-seismic reinforced concrete structure, accompanied by high thermal and acoustic comfort.
This residential project involves several continuous and daily castings by Lenobetão. It also requires regular quality control of the concrete, with resistance and air control tests, which are being carried out by ECLAB, a civil construction laboratory accredited by IPAC, also belonging to Grupo NOV.
Jardins Altear is located between Parque Oeste and Parque da Quinta das Conchas and offers good access and transport, proximity to various services, commerce and leisure, along with infrastructure and green spaces that promote exercise and well-being.
Comprising 10 buildings, it will provide more than 500 new T1 to T5 apartments and various commercial spaces. The modern apartments have large areas, pleasant balconies, excellent finishes and technical characteristics that meet strict environmental criteria, reinforcing the commitment to promoting a balanced and sustainable lifestyle in the “new center” of Lisbon.
Lenobetão has been able to respond to the requirements of the project. The company has production centers in Fátima, Castelo Branco, Montijo, Portalegre and Sintra, being certified in its Quality Management System, by the NP EN ISO9001 standard, within the scope of “Development, Production and supply of ready-mixed concrete”.
