Lenobetão supplies concrete for ALDI's largest logistics platform in Portugal | NOV Group

ALDI's logistics platform is currently the largest and most modern in the Iberian Peninsula and one of the biggest investments in the Moita region.

In addition to the company TPB - Tecnologia em Pavimentos e Construção, of Grupo TPB, responsible for the contract for the execution of pavements, the contract also included Lenobetão, a company of Grupo NOV Indústria.

With an investment of around 1 million euros, Lenobetão was responsible for supplying ready-to-use concrete for the interior floors, outdoor parks and refrigerated chambers of that commercial unit, totaling 15,000 m3 of concrete.

According to the German retail chain, "The ALDI Nord Group maintains its strong commitment to the portuguese market, strengthening its position both in terms of sales areas and supply structures".

The construction of the new ALDI supply structure included continuous concreting of 250 m3 daily and also the quality control of the concrete with resistance and air control tests, ensured by the Lenobetão laboratory.

Among the largest companies in the country, in its sector, Lenobetão, S.A. holds certification for its quality management system, by the NP EN ISO9001 standard for the scope of “Development, Production and supply of ready-mixed concrete”.

This is yet another work that joins the company´s extensive curriculum. Headquartered in Fátima and present in cities strategically located in the center of the country, Lenobetão has four production centers located in Castelo Branco, Fátima, Montijo and Portalegre. It offers a wide range of products, among which stand out structural concrete, dosage concrete, flooring concrete, water repellent concrete, lightweight concrete, BetDren concrete, spray concrete and colored concrete.
