1st Grupo NOV Commercial Synergies meeting

On 9/9, Grupo NOV's day, the 1st Grupo NOV Commercial Synergies meeting was promoted. The meeting was attended by around 70 employees, including leaders and commercial teams from all the Group's companies in Portugal.

The afternoon's work began with a speech by the President of the Executive Committee, Joaquim Paulo Conceição, who spoke of the 15 commandments to be a commercial leader in Grupo NOV: define a commercial strategy, know the competition, know what sets us apart, chooses competence, has a commercial plan, knows the margins, defines objectives, knows the value of customers, monitors the team, plans campaigns, monitors, promotes meritocracy, respects the concept of discount, is an example, and is a commercial leader Grupo NOV .

This was followed by presentations by the Marketing Department and the business units present, which focused, respectively, on the actions implemented and to be centrally implemented by the Group, on the one hand, and, on the other hand, on the products and services provided by the companies.

The second part of the afternoon's work was a more relaxed moment, with the GOLDBERG team-building activity, in which the teams, made up of people from different business units, had the difficult task of building a domino effect machine. For about 1h30, employees from the eight teams had fun building their domino machines which, in the end, working together, turned on the Grupo NOV light.

This meeting turned out to be a very special moment of sharing. Knowledge of Grupo NOV's people and products was deepened, transforming each participant into an energy generator that, added to the energy of others, led to the illumination of Grupo NOV's commercial policy, without a short circuit.
