Águas do Norte award repair and maintenance services for electromechanical equipment to BioSmart | NOV Group

Through an international public tender, Águas do Norte hired BioSmart to provide repair and maintenance services for electromechanical equipment.

This tender includes ten different lots and has a total base value of 870,000€ for 1 year of service, also allowing for 2 renewals that would allow reaching a total potential of 2,610,000€.

BioSmart will be responsible for providing these services in the areas coordinated by the Exploration Centers of Minho Lima AA (Water Supply) and Cávado Ave AA, whose annual contract will have a value of 164,184.28€ rising to a value of 492,552.84€ for a total of 3 years of contract.

The Exploration Center of Minho and Lima AA has central offices at the ETA of Valada in Vila Praia de Âncora and the Exploration Center of Cávado Ave AA has its central offices at the ETA of Areias do Vilar, in the municipality of Barcelos.

The services to be provided will guarantee the maintenance and/or restoration of the functions of said equipment in accordance with the maintenance and operating instructions of the respective manufacturers.

This equipment includes, namely: electric motors, electric lifting pump groups, dosing pumps, agitators, air compressors, air blowers and electric actuators, among others.
