Grupo NOV inaugurates Alvalade Premium building in Angola

Under the slogan “A Excelência Ganha Outra Dimensão” (Excellence Gains Another Dimension), the new development was presented in Luanda on the 16th of June.
JONASBEL, a Grupo NOV company in Angola, inaugurated the emblematic Alvalade Premium building, located in a prime area of the city of Luanda. The event was attended by more than 100 guests, including well-known public figures in the angolan society, heads of private companies in various sectors, including angolan banking, and senior representatives of the Board of Directors of Grupo NOV.
The inauguration, in addition to visiting the building, also featured an exhibition by the angolan artist Thó Simões, demonstrating once again the appreciation of social responsibility in Grupo NOV in supporting the arts. The exhibition should remain until the end of july.
The property, whose investment exceeded 50 million dollars, was conceived, designed and built together with NOV Engenharia e Construções in accordance with the highest quality standards and with certified materials. The exclusivity, functionality and humanity of a building of excellence for a large metropolis, characterized by high levels of thermal and acoustic comfort, were privileged.
Alvalade Premium is located in Alvalade, the historic district of the city of Luanda, close to public and private institutions, services, commercial spaces, restaurants, medical care and schools. Its location, at one of the entrances to the city, guarantees good accessibility to the main roads, to the historic center and even to the airport.
The building has a total of 25 floors, 7 floors below ground (6 of which are parking spaces for 154 people) and 18 floors above ground, representing a total of 24,000 m2 of gross construction area, spread over 2 stores, 9 offices and 56 apartments of types T1 to T5+1.
